Who can take part
- You have been diagnosed with multiple myeloma that has come back or is hard to treat, or with plasma cell leukemia that has come back or is hard to treat.
- You have had at least 3 prior treatments for myeloma (including a proteasome inhibitor and an immunomodulator) OR at least 1 prior treatment for plasma cell leukemia.
- Your disease got worse during or after your last treatment.
- You have measurable signs of active disease (like high protein levels in blood or urine, or visible tumors).
- You are 18 or older, in generally good health (fully active or able to do light work), and willing to use reliable birth control for one year.
- You have not had a donor stem cell transplant before, and no serious infections or other medical conditions that would make the trial unsafe.
