Who can take part

  • You are between 3 and 17 years old.
  • You have been newly diagnosed with a type of brain tumor called a diffuse midline glioma, and tests show a specific change in the H3 histone gene.
  • You are generally active and able to care for yourself (a daily activity score of 70 or higher).
  • You have not had any cancer treatment before, except for surgery to remove a sample or the tumor.
