Gene therapy for children and adults with diffuse midline glioma

Who can take part

  • You or your child must be at least 3 years old.
  • Must have a newly diagnosed diffuse midline glioma (a brain tumor), with a specific genetic change called H3 K27M, confirmed by biopsy or MRI.
  • You must have finished standard radiation therapy between 4 and 8 weeks before starting the study.
  • The tumor must be between 1 and 4 centimeters in size and reachable by surgery.
  • You must be healthy enough for surgery and have normal blood counts and organ function.
  • If you could become pregnant, you must agree to use effective birth control during the study and for a time after.
