Who can take part
- You have a narrowing of the carotid artery (the main artery in your neck that carries blood to your brain).
- If you have had symptoms (like a mini-stroke or temporary vision loss), the narrowing is more than 50%.

- The narrowing was confirmed by a special X-ray or scan (DSA or CTA) before surgery.
