HSP47 protein study in blood clots

Venous Thromboembolism (VTE)Acute Myocardial Infarction With ST Segment ElevationStroke (in Patients With Atrial Fibrillation)

Part of Brain & nervous system, Heart & circulation clinical trials.

This study looks at a protein called HSP47 in people with blood clots, heart attacks, or strokes caused by atrial fibrillation, compared to healthy volunteers. It aims to learn more about how blood clots form and may lead to better treatments.

NCT07713615Recruiting
Blood clots and heart ultrasound in people with device-detected afib

This study looks at blood clotting markers and heart ultrasound in people who have a pacemaker or defibrillator that has detected short episodes of atrial fibrillation (afib). The goal is to better understand stroke risk and help guide future treatment decisions.

NCT05711173Recruiting
Study blood clot triggers and immune cell changes in clot patients

This study looks at how certain blood cell changes and immune system activity may relate to blood clots in specific veins or lungs. It may help researchers understand why clots happen “without a clear cause” and how to better predict risk.

Blood Clot Study in Stroke Patients

This study looks at blood clots removed from the brain during a stroke procedure. Researchers want to understand what the clots are made of and how they relate to your blood tests, treatment success, and recovery.

NCT06552767Recruiting
Thrombosis and blood vessel inflammation study

This trial aims to learn more about blood clots, inflammation, and blood vessel problems. It may help researchers better understand these conditions and how they affect people.

Heart procedures and acute stroke treatment study

This study looks at people who have had a stroke caused by a blood clot and also had a heart procedure (like angioplasty or valve repair) in the last 28 days. It aims to see how these heart procedures affect stroke recovery and treatment.

NCT06383182Recruiting
Study of blood markers after stroke artery treatment

This study looks at how certain proteins in the blood change after a procedure to remove a large blockage in a brain artery. The goal is to better understand recovery after stroke treatment.
