Who can take part

  • You had a brain bleed (bleeding inside the brain) that happened on its own, not because of a head injury.
  • You were admitted to the hospital for this bleed (even just for observation).
  • The bleed is not caused by trauma, surgery, or clot-busting medication.
  • You have not been readmitted for this same bleed within the past 30 days.
  • You were not sent home from the emergency room without being observed or admitted.
