Who can take part

  • You are 65 years old or older and have had type 1 or type 2 diabetes for at least one year.
  • You live in your own home (not in a nursing home or assisted living).
  • You do not have serious neurological conditions (like Parkinson's or multiple sclerosis) or recent joint replacements that limit movement.
  • You are not fully dependent on a walker or cane.
  • You are not currently exercising more than 5 hours per week.
  • You can understand and speak Danish and are willing to sign a consent form.
