Who can take part

  • Your child is between 1 and 18 years old and weighs at least 22 pounds (10 kg).
  • After initial chemotherapy, a bone marrow test still finds a small number of leukemia cells (MRD-positive) on day 46.
  • The leukemia cells have two markers called CD19 and CD22 on their surface.
  • Your child's major organs (liver, kidneys, heart, lungs) are working well enough to handle the therapy.
  • Your child has a performance score of at least 50 (Lansky) or 70 (Karnofsky), meaning they can do most daily activities.
