  • You are between 14 and 70 years old.
  • You have B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (B-ALL) that is newly diagnosed and in first complete remission after initial chemotherapy.
  • Your leukemia cells tested positive for a marker called CD19.
  • You are not planning to have a stem cell transplant.
  • Your heart, liver, kidneys, and lungs are working well enough.
  • You have no active infections and are not pregnant.
