Who can take part

  • You must be 18 or older.
  • You must have a type of T-cell lymphoma called AITL with an IDH2 mutation (a specific gene change).
  • Your lymphoma must have come back or not responded after at least one prior treatment.
  • You must be in fairly good health (able to care for yourself, up and about more than half the day).
  • You must have measurable disease (a tumor that can be seen on scans or abnormal cells in your blood or bone marrow).
  • You must agree to use effective birth control (if applicable) and follow all study requirements.
