This study tests whether combining a special type of radiation (spatial fragmentation) with low-dose radiation can help people whose lung cancer stopped responding to immunotherapy and chemotherapy. If you are eligible, you may receive a new treatment approach to try to shrink the tumors.

Who can take part

  • You must be at least 18 years old.
  • You must have a type of lung cancer called non-small cell lung cancer (adenocarcinoma, squamous cell, or large cell).
  • You must have received immunotherapy before, and your cancer continued to grow despite it.
  • The tumor we plan to treat with radiation must not have been treated with radiation in the last 6 months.
  • You must be able to take care of yourself (KPS score 70 or above) and have a doctor-estimated life expectancy of more than 3 months.
  • You cannot have certain other serious medical conditions, active autoimmune disease, or severe organ problems.
