Study of CK-4021586 for heart failure with preserved ejection fraction

Symptomatic Heart Failure With Preserved Ejection Fraction (HFpEF)

Part of Heart & circulation clinical trials.

This trial tests an investigational drug called CK-4021586 for people with heart failure with preserved ejection fraction (HFpEF). It aims to see if the drug is safe and well-tolerated. You may qualify if you are 40 to 85, have heart failure symptoms, and have a heart that pumps well but shows signs of strain.
