Who can take part

  • You must be a competitive Ultimate Frisbee player (not just casual).
  • You train regularly, at least once a week, for 1.5 to 2 hours each time.
  • Your shoulder joint must move fully without any limits.
  • You have been diagnosed with scapular dyskinesia (a shoulder blade condition) using a special exam called LSST.
  • You cannot have had any head or neck injuries in the last 3 months, or any upper body surgery in the past year.
