Who can take part

  • You must have abnormal shoulder blade movement (called scapular dyskinesia), as diagnosed by a professional.
  • You must not have any shoulder or neck pain right now.
  • You must not have had shoulder pain in the last 6 months.
  • You must not have had shoulder surgery or a shoulder fracture before.
  • You must not have conditions like shoulder instability or a 'painful arc' when lifting your arm.
