Who can take part
- You are a healthy adult who sleeps and wakes at regular times.
- You do not smoke.
- You can stay in a sleep lab for 5 days and nights twice (total of 10 days/nights).
- If you are a woman, you have had regular menstrual cycles recently.
- You have no history of sleep, nerve, or mental health disorders, and you are not taking any medications (including birth control).
