Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 79 years old.
  • You have multiple sclerosis (MS) diagnosed by the 2017 McDonald criteria.
  • You experience at least mild fatigue (score of 43 or higher on a fatigue scale).
  • You speak German well enough to answer questions and tests.
  • You have acceptable (corrected) hearing and vision for testing.
  • You are not taking medications like benzodiazepines that can affect sleep study results.
