Who can take part
- You or your legal guardian must agree to participate and sign a consent form.
- You must be between 18 and 65 years old.
- You must not be pregnant or breastfeeding.
- Your kidney function must be below a certain level (creatinine checked by blood test).
- You must not have organ failure when starting the study.
- You must start the nutrition within 48 hours of being admitted to the ICU.
