HLX22 plus trastuzumab and chemo for HER2-positive breast cancer
Treatments studied
Part of Cancer, Skin clinical trials.
This trial tests a new drug called HLX22 combined with standard treatments (trastuzumab and chemotherapy) for people with HER2-positive breast cancer that has spread or cannot be removed by surgery. The goal is to see if this combination helps shrink tumors or slow the cancer's growth.

This trial tests two study drugs, HLX22 and HLX87, together for people with HER2-positive breast cancer that has spread or come back. It may be an option if you haven't yet had chemotherapy or HER2-targeted therapy for advanced disease.
This study tests a new combination of targeted drugs (HLX87 with HLX22 or pertuzumab) given before breast cancer surgery. The goal is to shrink the tumor and improve treatment outcomes for people with HER2-positive breast cancer.
This trial tests a combination of two drugs, trastuzumab deruxtecan (SHR-A1811) and pertuzumab, given before surgery to shrink HER2-positive breast cancer. It is for women with stage II or III breast cancer who have not yet had treatment and are in good overall health.
This trial tests a new sequence of targeted therapies for advanced HER2-positive breast cancer. It aims to see if giving these drugs in a specific order can shrink tumors and delay progression better than current approaches.
This trial tests adding a new drug, HLX22, to the standard combination of trastuzumab and chemotherapy for people with HER2-positive stomach or gastroesophageal junction cancer that hasn't been treated yet. The goal is to see if this three-drug mix works better than the usual two-drug approach.
This trial tests a new drug, HLX22, combined with Enhertu (trastuzumab deruxtecan) for people with advanced breast cancer that is hormone receptor positive and HER2-low. The goal is to see if the combination works better than Enhertu alone.
