Who can take part
- You are at least 18 years old
- You have metastatic HER2-negative breast cancer with brain metastases
- You have not had more than one prior chemotherapy treatment for metastatic breast cancer
- Your brain metastases do not need urgent local treatment, and you have not had brain radiation before or have had it more than 2 weeks ago if it was given
- You have at least one measurable brain tumor (at least 1 cm on MRI) that can be tracked
- You are able to swallow pills and do not have significant stomach or bowel problems that could affect drug absorption
- You have not had prior treatment with immune checkpoint inhibitors like PD-1 or PD-L1 drugs
