Real-world study of oral teriflunomide on fatigue in MS

Multiple Sclerosis

This study looks at how taking teriflunomide (an oral medication) affects tiredness and daily activities in people with relapsing multiple sclerosis. It will follow you for a year, checking your energy levels and physical function through simple tests and questionnaires.

Who can take part

  • You must have relapsing multiple sclerosis (either RRMS or active SPMS)
  • You are 18 years or older
  • You have recently started or are about to start teriflunomide (a disease-modifying therapy)
  • You can walk on your own, possibly with a cane or walker (EDSS score of 7 or less)
  • You are not pregnant or breastfeeding
  • You can complete study visits over 12 months and do simple tests like the 9-Hole Peg Test and Symbol Digit Modalities Test
