Who can take part

  • You are 22 years or older.
  • You have been diagnosed with elevated blood pressure or hypertension, confirmed by a blood pressure reading at the first visit.
  • You have not taken any blood pressure medication for at least 30 days before the study starts.
  • You have enough vision, hearing, and hand strength to use the handgrip device (measured during a screening visit).
  • You agree to not take any blood pressure medications or over-the-counter supplements for high blood pressure during the study.
  • You are willing to complete all study procedures and visits.
