This study tests if a hands-on ankle treatment can improve your sense of where your ankle is in space (proprioception) after a stroke. It looks at how well you can feel and control your ankle movement.

Who can take part
- You had a stroke at least 2 months ago
- You are between 45 and 75 years old
- You can follow instructions and talk with the study team
- You have some movement in your arm and leg (Brunnstrom stage 4 or higher)
- You do not have severe arthritis, nerve problems from diabetes or cancer, or balance disorders
- You have not had ankle surgery or a recent ankle injury
