Who can take part
- You are 60 years or older and speak Cantonese
- You have insomnia that happens at least 3 nights a week
- You are not already doing regular brisk walking or tai chi (more than 3 times a week)
- You are not currently in talk therapy for insomnia (CBT-I)
- You do not have severe depression, bipolar disorder, or psychosis, and you are not on antidepressants or antipsychotics
