- Age between 18 and 75 years
- Histologically or cytologically confirmed NSCLC with EGFR mutation
- Cytologically confirmed leptomeningeal metastasis
- Normal organ function
- No history of severe nervous system disease
- No severe dyscrasia
- No evidence of nervous system failure (e.g., severe encephalopathy, grade 3/4 leukoencephalopathy, GCS < 11)
- No extensive and lethal progressive systemic disease without effective treatment
- Good compliance and no other reasons judged unsuitable by investigator
