Who can take part

  • You are between 18-35 years old OR between 65-75 years old.
  • You do not work rotating or night shifts that disrupt sleep.
  • You do not have a respiratory disease or musculoskeletal injury that prevents exercise.
  • You are not a woman with PCOS or a condition causing high testosterone and irregular periods.
  • You may be generally healthy, an athlete, a university student, an older adult, or have metabolic syndrome—but specific health checks apply for some groups.
