Who can take part

  • You are between 20 and 45 years old.
  • Your body mass index (BMI) is between 18.5 and 27 (a healthy range).
  • You have good sleep quality, no sleep disorders, and usually sleep 7–9 hours at night.
  • You are a morning person (not an evening type) and your sleep schedule has been stable for the past 3 months.
  • You do not have metabolic or heart conditions, and you don't take medications that affect your metabolism.
  • You do not smoke, drink heavily, or follow special diets like intermittent fasting or keto.
