Who can take part
- You are over 18 years old
- You have had a TIA or a brain imaging scan showing a type of stroke
- For TIA: your doctor has prescribed a blood-thinning medicine (antiplatelet or anticoagulant)
- You are able to eat and drink normally by mouth
- You are not pregnant or breastfeeding
