  • You must be 18 to 80 years old
  • You must have a diagnosis of major depression
  • You must be able to swallow pills
  • You must not have any metal implants or devices in your body (like a pacemaker or metal plate)
  • You must not have had a seizure or been diagnosed with epilepsy
  • You must not have kidney disease or an allergy to D-serine
