  • You are between 5 and 22 years old.
  • You have Trisomy 21 (Down syndrome) or another genetic cause of intellectual disability.
  • Your body mass index (BMI) is between 17 and 40.
  • You do not have a known liver disease.
  • You are not taking medicines like Ozempic or Wegovy (GLP-1 drugs) that change body composition.
