  • You have brain swelling from radiation, confirmed by your doctor
  • Your daily steroid dose is 1 mg or less for the past 8 weeks
  • You can understand study instructions and consent
  • You have not had bevacizumab in the last 6 months
  • Your life expectancy is more than 3 months
