- Be between 18 and 65 years old
- Have neck pain that is not from a specific cause (like an injury or disease)
- Rate your average neck pain at least 3 out of 10 on a pain scale
- Not be pregnant
- Not have serious health conditions like diabetes, cancer, or depression
- Not have received physical therapy for your neck in the last month
- Not currently be in physical therapy for neck pain
