Who can take part
- You are currently breastfeeding and at least 3 months postpartum
- You have been diagnosed with scapular dyskinesia (abnormal shoulder-blade movement) by a healthcare provider
- You experience shoulder or upper-back pain during or after breastfeeding
- You have not had shoulder surgery or recent shoulder or spine injury
- You have not done shoulder exercises or rehabilitation in the past 3 months
- You do not have serious heart, lung, or nerve problems that would make exercise unsafe
