Who can take part

  • You have HER2-positive breast cancer that can be removed with surgery.
  • Your cancer is stage II or III (not spread to distant organs).
  • You are a woman aged 18 to 75.
  • You have not had any prior treatment for this breast cancer.
  • You are healthy enough for daily activities (ECOG 0 or 1) and have adequate organ function.
  • If you could become pregnant, you must use effective birth control during and for 7 months after treatment.
