Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older.
- You have acute myeloid leukemia (AML), myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS), or a related bone marrow disorder.
- You have already received a half-matched stem cell transplant (haploidentical transplant) with a specific anti-rejection drug regimen that includes cyclophosphamide, cyclosporine, and mycophenolate.
- You are not pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to become pregnant during the study, and you agree to use effective birth control if needed.
- You do not have an active uncontrolled infection or cancer that has spread to your brain or spinal cord.
- Your overall health and organ function are good enough for the transplant (for example, kidneys, lungs, and heart working well enough).
