Who can take part

  • You are between 22 and 79 years old.
  • You had a brain bleed (not from a tumor, injury, or stroke) at least 6 months ago but less than 5 years ago.
  • You have some weakness in one arm, but you can still move it a little.
  • You are not using a pacemaker or other implanted nerve stimulator.
  • You are not taking certain medications that interfere with nerve signals (like some bladder, blood pressure, or depression meds).
