Who can take part
- You have knee osteoarthritis (grade I to III on an x-ray scale)
- You are between 40 and 70 years old
- Your knee pain is at least a 3 out of 10 on a pain scale
- You haven't taken NSAIDs or steroid pills/injections in the last 14 days
- You haven't had hyaluronic acid injections in your knee in the last 3 months
- You have less than a 5-degree bend in your knee (varus/valgus deformity) on x-ray
