This study tests a new drug called ALN-CIDEB for people with fatty liver disease (MASLD or MASH). The goal is to see if it can reduce liver fat and improve liver health. You may qualify if you have a higher BMI and evidence of liver fat on imaging tests.
This study compares different diet plans to see which works best to reduce fat in the liver of children and teens with MASLD (a type of fatty liver disease). If your child drinks sugary beverages often and has certain health risks like being overweight or having high cholesterol, this trial may help find a healthy eating plan that works.
This study is testing whether an MRI can help doctors see liver scarring (fibrosis) in people with MASLD, a type of fatty liver disease. It is for patients who already need a liver biopsy as part of their care, to compare the MRI results with the biopsy.
This study tests whether a high-intensity exercise program can improve liver function and insulin sensitivity in people with MASLD (a type of fatty liver disease). It may help you if you are looking for a non-drug way to manage your condition.
This trial tests whether a form of folic acid (5-methyltetrahydrofolate) can help people with fatty liver disease. It may improve liver health by supporting fat and sugar processing.
This study uses routine blood tests to find people with advanced liver scarring caused by a condition called MASLD. If you are between 50 and 75, have certain metabolic risks, and get blood work from your primary care doctor at select centers, you may be eligible.
