This study is for people with high blood pressure who are taking or about to start the medication Nebilet. It will track how well Nebilet controls blood pressure in real-world settings, including people with other heart conditions.

Who can take part
- You are 18 or older and have high blood pressure (either newly diagnosed or not well controlled).
- You are starting or have been taking a medication called Nebilet (nebivolol) for no more than 2 weeks.
- You are willing to take part in the study and give your consent.
- If you are a woman who could become pregnant, you agree to use effective birth control.
- You have not had a heart attack or stroke in the last 3 months.
- You do not have severe heart failure (NYHA Class IV).
