Who can take part

  • You are 18 or older.
  • You have high blood pressure, with a reading of 130/80 or higher.
  • You are either not on any blood pressure medicine, or you take only one medicine (like an ACE inhibitor, ARB, or CCB) and your doctor wants to switch you to ARNi.
  • You do not have very severe hypertension (180/110 or higher) or other causes of high blood pressure.
  • You do not have severe kidney problems (eGFR below 30) or a history of angioedema.
  • You are not pregnant or breastfeeding.
