  • Children aged 3 to 8 years old
  • Diagnosed with cerebral palsy that causes tight muscles and stiffness (spastic type)
  • One or both hips are starting to slip out of the socket, as shown on an X-ray (between 30% and 60% out of place)
  • Can be at any walking ability level
