Collagen patch with stem cells for heart surgery patients

CABG-patientsHeart FailureMyocardial Infarction (MI)

Part of Heart & circulation clinical trials.

This trial tests whether a special collagen patch containing stem cells can help people recover heart function after a heart attack. You would get the patch placed on your heart during bypass surgery.

Heart cell patch for severe heart failure

This trial tests a patch made from lab-grown heart muscle cells that is placed on the heart during bypass surgery. It aims to see if the patch can improve heart function in people with severe heart failure.

Stem cell heart patch for advanced heart failure

This early-phase study tests a lab-made heart tissue (“engineered myocardium”) placed surgically to help the heart work better in people with advanced heart failure. It mainly checks safety first, and also looks for signs the patch can improve heart function in selected patients.

Stem cell injection for advanced heart failure

This trial tests a treatment made from stem cells that are turned into heart muscle cells and injected directly into the heart. It is for people with advanced heart failure who are already on the best available medicines and who are scheduled to have bypass surgery.

NCT06866600Not yet recruiting· Phase 1/Phase 2
Stem cell therapy with heart pump or bypass for heart failure

This trial tests a new treatment using heart muscle cells made from stem cells (iPSC-CMs) combined with either a heart pump (LVAD) or bypass surgery (CABG) for people with end-stage heart failure. The goal is to see if adding these cells can help the heart work better.

NCT06154044Recruiting· Phase 2
Cell therapy for heart recovery with LVAD support

This trial tests whether injecting special cells (cell therapy) can help the heart recover in people with advanced heart failure who are getting a mechanical heart pump (LVAD). It may offer a new way to improve heart function and quality of life.

Ljubljana
NCT07646210Not yet recruiting· Phase 1/Phase 2
Cell therapy with heart bypass surgery for advanced heart failure

This trial tests whether injecting special cells (HiCM-188) during bypass surgery can help improve heart function in people with advanced heart failure. The cells may help repair damaged heart tissue and improve your heart's ability to pump blood.
