Lung imaging study for ICU patients with ARDS

ARDS (Moderate or Severe)

Who can take part

  • You must be 18 years old or older.
  • You must be on a breathing machine (ventilator) for more than 24 hours in the ICU.
  • You must have been diagnosed with moderate or severe ARDS (a serious lung condition) by the doctor.
  • You cannot have any implanted electronic devices, like a pacemaker or defibrillator.
  • If you are pregnant, you cannot take part.
  • You or a legal representative must be able to agree to the study.
