Who can take part

  • You have been diagnosed with knee osteoarthritis by a doctor.
  • You have had knee pain for more than 3 months that hasn't gotten better with standard treatments like physical therapy or pain medicine.
  • You are between 45 and 75 years old.
  • Your knee X-rays show moderate osteoarthritis (grade 2 or 3 on a scale of 1 to 4).
  • You do not have other serious health conditions (like severe heart or kidney disease, uncontrolled diabetes, or cancer), a bleeding disorder, an active infection, or a history of knee injury or joint replacement in the last year.
