Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older
  • You have had a head injury from a fall, accident, or other mechanical force
  • Your head CT scan showed injury, OR you had loss of consciousness, confusion, or memory problems right after the injury
  • You do not have a serious brain condition like epilepsy, multiple sclerosis, or a brain tumor
  • You do not have any metal or electronic devices in your head or neck (like a cochlear implant, deep brain stimulator, or aneurysm clip)
  • You are not pregnant
