Who can take part

  • You must have a confirmed genetic diagnosis of ADOA caused by a mutation in the OPA1 gene.
  • You must be 18 years or older.
  • Your vision in the study eye must be between 20/40 and 20/200 (moderate to severe vision loss).
  • You must not have had any prior gene therapy or cell therapy for a retinal condition.
  • You must be willing to use effective birth control if you or your partner can become pregnant.
  • You must not have any other eye diseases or infections that could affect the study results.
