  • You are between 18 and 65 years old
  • You have been diagnosed with a mucus-related lung disease (like cystic fibrosis, severe asthma, COPD, or bronchiectasis) for more than 1 year
  • You can perform a breathing test (spirometry) correctly
  • You do not have a lung infection or have not had one in the last 4 weeks
  • Your body mass index (BMI) is 30 or less
  • You are not pregnant (if female)
