Who can take part
- You have had a stem cell transplant from a donor who is a close match (7 or 8 out of 8 HLA markers), or a half-matched (haploidentical) donor.
- You are at least 2 years old.
- You have chronic GVHD that has not responded to at least 4 weeks of low-dose IL-2 injections under the skin.
- Your steroid dose has been stable for 2 weeks before joining, and no other immune-suppressing drugs have been added or stopped in the last 4 weeks.
- Your major organs and bone marrow are working well enough.
- Your donor is willing and able to provide cells to make the investigational treatment.
