This study tests a simple liver function test (called dual cholate clearance) to see how well it works in adults with a Fontan circulation or right heart failure. It aims to help doctors better detect liver problems in these heart conditions.

Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older.
- For the Fontan group: you have had a Fontan procedure and a heart catheterization in the past year.
- For the right heart failure (RHF) group: you have a normal left ventricle, a measured central venous pressure (CVP) of 8 mmHg or higher, and a recent echocardiogram.
- For the healthy control group: you have normal heart anatomy and function, with low CVP.
- You are not pregnant or breastfeeding.
- You have no allergy to human albumin or bile acid medications, and you can safely have an MRI.
