Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older.
- You have advanced breast cancer or non-small cell lung cancer that has spread and has certain HER2 features.
- Your cancer got worse after your last treatment.
- You have not had a prior cancer drug that is an exatecan-based antibody drug conjugate.
- You have not had a heart attack in the last 6 months or have serious heart failure.
- You have not had or currently have lung inflammation (interstitial lung disease) that needed steroids.
