Who can take part

  • You have inflammatory arthritis caused by an autoimmune rheumatic disease (like rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, or psoriatic arthritis).
  • You get your primary care at one of the Vancouver Coastal Health Community Health Centres.
  • You are willing to attend in-person appointments at Pender Community Health Centre.
  • You are at least 18 years old and able to give informed consent.
  • You can receive medical care in English.
  • You do not have a condition that would make it hard to take part, like severe memory problems or untreated mental health issues.
